Median home prices range from about $233K to $492K, depending on the property type and location. Beachfront condos can be found in the $200s to $500s. Gulf Shores is more spread out than Orange Beach, so you will spend more time in the car. But the trade-off is more space, quieter neighborhoods, and a wider range of housing options at different price points.
